Most of us start this way, buying a dog and then we realise our dog has a brain, and is physically fit, and a walk morning and evening isn't enough for him/her, then it starts to chew the furniture or misbehave in some other way and we realise they are bored or stressed or both........a visit to K9ARC and many people realise their dogs can do other things.

The more we excercise the dog the fitter it gets the same applies to the brain. So training your dog increases their IQ.

A smart dog can learn in access of 300 words in their lifetime, so it's important that you don't waste these words. While people believe their dog understands every word they say, they really don't, dog's pick up on your feelings and tone of voice and react to that.
