Fingal Fun Agility Show Feb 2011 PDF Print E-mail
Written by Irene

Several of our members attended this fun show, and had a really great day, dispite being very cold, however it didnt rain.

Susan & Vala ran in all 3 classes and after running under a few jumps in the 1st competition, Susan competed in the other 2 at medium height and got a clear round in the jumping class.

Amanda & Jessica, went really well, with just a few silly mistakes, i believe the dog was a bit overcome with the surroundings, she will do better next time.

Jean & Mo, well Mo being a show dog thought she needed to show everyone how pretty she was so did laps of honour rather than the agility courses, however she did not leave the ring, and she came back when called.

Rebecca, & Poppi, as Max wasnt well i let Rebecca run Poppi, and she only said the "confused" word once, she also got a clear round in the jumping clas, it has also given her a lot of confidence with her own dog

Claire who had to work that morning was planning on attending, however her car decided differently [she is now looking for a new car] and was very unhappy to have missed the show

Everyone did very well for their 1st time out, and i hope will all do much better now they know what to expect.

Congratulations to all
